Ever since I made the decision to go natural, my friends who were already natural recommended that I check this blog called CurlyNikki.com. I am so glad I did because the creator, Nikki, provides valuable advice on how to take care of natural hair and also lets other people write in on various natural hair related topics. One of the features on her site was a section where she would highlight girls who had transitioned from relaxed to natural hair. This quickly became one of my favorite sections as successful transitioners would share tips on what worked for them and pics throughout their journey.
So immediately after I did my BC, I considered submitting my own story with the hopes of it inspiring someone else either on the journey or contemplating beginning. I was so ELATED to find out this morning that Nikki posted my story on her site. Feel free to check it out and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you subscribe to her site!!! Very encouraging and inspiring : )
