Video Tutorials: DIY Hair Clips & Mae’s Chunky Twist-Out Frohawk

During the Christmas break, I fell in love with doing chunky twists to style my hair. The twists take hardly any time, and I loved the variety of styles I could achieve with the twist-out. One of my fave’s is the frohawk, and in the video below, I show you how you can do your own chunky twist-out frohawk.

In the video, I used some beaded bobby pins that I actually made myself, and decided to share how I made those along with some of the feather clips you all have seen me with. Enjoy!

This is the first site i found like this!!this is great!!.. I'm only 14 and i had dreads for three years it took a long time to lock since my hair is very curly, I'm mixed with a lot of things lolol , and i had them twisted very skinny maybe like 100-175 dreads on my head maybe more!! :P

but in june 2010 i cut my hair in a afro (again) the first time was in elementary and three more time after that then again in 2007. when i cut it in june 2010 it was like a big relief but i grown my hair out past my shoulders i have gotten every single weave and perm hair style ever made!!

Most girls my age are afraid of cutting there hair, smh idk i think i still look beautiful with any hair style! people tell me I'm the only person who can rock that! but i learned how to braid very quickly so my hair has been growing very fast!! and its blazing hot in Texas so i have to wash it a lot :( ….

But this video is great!!! i love your hair , it reminds me of mine!
