You guys may not know it, but I get really really excited when I hear from those who stop by the blog and say that they've found it useful or really enjoyed following the posts! My blog originally started out to just document my journey for my own personal benefit but it is truly turning into something more, which I am thrilled about! : )

Great job on your blog! i too just went natural recently (this month) and im excited to start our journey. i love the natural blogs; i.e. curlynikki, newly natural and yours to keep us motivated in staying natural. i attempted years ago and got lazy so within 3 months i got a perm! this time my co-worker proposed it to me again but THIS time i decided to do research. like you i've had many hairstyles throughout high school and after and long hair is so boring for me. i hated bein stereotyped as the typical light skin chick wit long hair 🙁
i've read your journey and we are so similar which is crazy! i decided to start a journal and every month im gonna take pics for a whole year to track my progress. i take notes on all the different blogs i read for product reviews and what to use and not to use! it saves me time and money. since im not quite a "twa" im jottin down notes for the future becuz it keeps me even more motivated on whats to come and keeps me away from the "creamy crack", lol.
great job though, i love it and look forward to seeing you and ur future hairstyles that you share with us as your hair beautifully grows. we are officially black again, lol. we are definitely fierce **waving finger** for rockin the BC's and it takes big confidence to rock it. when i presented it to my girls they said my swag went up, lol.
