Thanks to all those who have been sending in their pre-BC and post-BC pictures for the New Year...Natural Hair post! I underestimated the number of responses I was going to receive, so what was originally going to be one single post showing everyone's pics will now be split into several parts (I have over 60 chicas who have sent in pics!!). If you haven't sent in your pics yet and have done the Big Chop this year, you have until Jan. 6 to send in your pics : )

After transitioning for 9 mths I BCd Jun 12 and haven't looked back since. My now two year old daughter was my inspiration for going natural, I couldn't see a way to continue to tell her she is beautiful with her natural hair while I still relaxed mine.
