When you started rockin' your TWA
I started rocking my TWA about three weeks after my BC, which was Sept. 21st. I was nervous at first, and rocked braids. After "curiosity killed the cat" I took them out and embraced my TWA.
What were some of the initial reactions to your TWA
Everyone seemed to love it. The main response was that my hair was really thick and that it made my face pop. A lot of people also said that it was different and they were shocked because I've always had a straight, jet black bob.
3 things you love most about having a TWA
I love the fact that it's different from what I'm used to for one. It's so refreshing. I really love styling it because a lot of people assume that you can't do much with it. I like to prove people wrong on that. There is a lot you can do with a TWA. The main think I like about my TWA is that it's all natural! I've been wanting to do this for a long time but never had the courage to live without a relaxer until this past summer.
3 products you can't live without for styling your TWA
I can't live without: Coconut oil, Nature's Gate Tea tree conditioner, and Castor Oil.
