FAB (Fierce And Beautiful) TWA: RaeDawn

Meet RaeDawn !

When you started rockin' your TWA?

BC’ed December 31, 2009 (Brought in the New Year with my NEW HAIR)

What were some of the initial reactions to your TWA?

I got a lot of compliments. Many people were full of questions. Because my hair was really long, those who only new me with long hair couldn’t understand why I had cut it all off. I had to explain to them about the process of transitioning and that the “long hair” was relaxed hair. To my surprise a lot of young ladies were motivated by my TWA and decided to go natural as well.

3 things you love most about having a TWA

1) I love standing out in a crowd. I don’t have to worry about a billion other women rockin’ my hairstyle.

2) Its really easy to manage. I can literally wash and go.

3) My TWA has provided me with a new confidence in myself that was definitely needed. No more hiding behind my hair.

3 products you can't live without for styling your TWA:

AAA Shea Butter, Organic Coconut oil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

[Special Note: I met RaeDawn on our Facebook Fan Page..feel free to stop by and interact with some of the ladies and even some gents too! *Mae*]
