Today's PROMESA comes from Nahum 1:7
"The LORD is good,
a refuge in times of trouble.
He cares for those who trust in him."
This verse really speaks to me, as it reminds me that God is GOOD and HE really does love us. We are his children and all that He asks is that we trust in Him. Simple as that may sound, it is hard to do at times when you are faced with circumstances that really cause you to doubt if God even cares at all. That's when we have to remember these promises from the Bible because God's word is TRUTH. He wants us to run to Him FIRST whenever we have issues, because we honestly don't have the strength or wisdom to deal with them on our own. I pray this verse encourages you as much it did me this morning : )
