When you started rockin' your TWA

What were some of the initial reactions to your TWA:
I transitioned for a year and bragged about cutting my hair a month in advanced to getting my Big Chop so my immediate family weren't shocked. Others friends and family couldn't believe how short it was and when I wore twists, some of my cousins convinced themselves that I was trying to grow locs.
3 things you love most about having a TWA:
It's so versatile! If I'm in a rush I can just wash my hair and go. If I have some time, I can style it in so many different ways and since I don't have a lot of hair, it won't take very long.

I'm still very new to being natural so I'm still trying to find my favorite products, but so far I like Eco Styler Gel for flat twists and coils, Oyin Handmade's Burnt Sugar Pomade for twists and Oyin Handmade's Frank Juice for refreshing my second day 'fro.
