This past weekend, I decided to have my hair straightened to change up my look for this winter and to see how long I could keep it straight now that I'm not dealing with the crazy summer humidity *smile* ! I went to Sutera Hair Spa in Atlanta, GA where the highly talented Robin Groover and her team took extra special care in washing, conditioning, hydrating, blow drying, and flat ironing my hair : ) The salon itself is like a getaway, with a non-cluttered space and fashionable decor. Robin makes an effort to ensure that her clients feel like they are at home in her salon, and it sure did come through in my experience there! I loved my curly look and was also excited to see how much my hair has grown since the last time I had it straightened!Vid from last straightening (for comparison - early Aug. 2010):
