:: REVIEW :: Buhdze Natural Soaps & Lotions

I'm always on the lookout for nourishing natural soaps and lotions, and I certainly found that in the Buhdze Natural Nourishment company!  I met the founder of Buhdze at the 2013 World Natural Hair show and she was kind enough to tell me a little bit about her company and the products she offers. Feel free to take a look below!

Before  I left the booth, they loaded me up with goodies that I got to try when I returned home...

I really loved the smell of the OMG soap, with light hints of banana and coconut (have you learned by now that I love all things tropical? *smile*). What's different about this bar is that it actually has sand incorporated into the bar, which gives you a natural exfoliating factor.

I found this vanilla bean soap to be very nourishing for my skin! Made with shea, coco and mango butters infused with vanilla, it's not only soothing to your skin but also to your senses with the calming scent of vanilla. A nice added touch to this bar is the inclusion of actual chopped vanilla beans!

The white tea & ginger soap was by far my favorite! I loved the invigorating scent of the white tea & ginger, which was great for de-stressing after a long day of work. This bar was quite soothing as well with ingredients like pure African Coconut and Palm oils along with EVOO, Soybean and Rice Bran oils.

I love creamy, moisture-rich lotions and these two definitely have become faves! I tried two of their "Whip it On Me Skin Smoothies" in two scents: Mango Madness and Sweet Lemongrass. The creams are made from a base of creamy goat milk, raw honey, coconut oil and shea butter and come in a variety of scents. I absolutely love the two scents I tried and the creams absorbed well into my skin without being greasy. A little bit definitely went a long way as far as nourishing my skin and the scent that was infused in the cream as well!
