I had the pleasure of reviewing two products from their hair care line: their Daily Moisturizing Leave In Treatment and Luscious Hair Milk. To test the products, I decided to do a chunky two strand flat twist out on hair that had been previously stretched out from a twist out.
Before styling, my hair had already started shrinking and losing moisture from my previous style, so I was really curious to see how the moisturizing leave in treatment was going to work for my hair. I really liked the spray application and the fact that it was a light mixture of oils, along with the moisturizing blend of water and aloe vera. I sprayed this mixture all throughout my hair as I finger detangled in preparation for two strand flat twisting.
For the two strand flat twists, I used the luscious hair milk. It has a smooth consistency that gives a medium hold, which is exactly what I was looking for as I wanted my style to have lots of volume. I also loved that the product absorbed into my hair well and gave it a healthy, natural sheen.
When I took the two strand flat twists down the next day, I was surprised that my hair still felt really moisturized, even though the hair milk isn't a very heavy product. My hair loved the natural blend of oils, along with the sweet but light fragrance!
