Soaps to Live By is a brand new company featuring a line of organic and handcrafted soaps with encouraging one-word messages imprinted in the soaps like DREAM, JOY, LOVE, LAUGH and SHINE. These soaps are made in the United States and are hand poured, hand mixed and hand cut.
I had the pleasure of reviewing three soaps from the new line in the scents Thyme Lemongrass, Lemongrass Sage and Peppermint Rosemary. First of all, I thought the packaging was great! They believe in tree-free packaging, using fully-biodegradable BioStone labels. They even have a partnership with Trees for the Future to plant a tree for every soap they sell.
It certainly didn't take long for me to fall in love with the scents of these soaps, which I found to linger even after my shower. The mixtures of ingredients in the soaps were quite nourishing as well, leaving my skin feeling soft after each use, having been infused with the blend of organic oils. The soaps even include delightful and inspiring quotes on the sides of the wrappers. For example, one of my favorite quotes was on the side of the Thyme Lemongrass bar..."Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the number of moments that take our breath away." - Unknown
