Have you ever come back to an old beauty product fave and wondered how you ever let so much time go by before using it again? Well this happened to me recently with Beija Flor Naturals Creme Brulee curling and twisting cream! This was one of my favorites back in 2011 (see my original review here) and I'm so happy that the owner reached out to me to try their updated Creme Brulee formula! Can I just say that I'm more in love with this product than even before! The main ingredients are still the same, but the texture is certainly creamier and easier to smooth throughout the hair while styling. I also love the updated packaging...very cute! I used the Creme Brulee for a twist out style on an old wash n' go. I just lightly spritzed my hair with water before applying the Creme Brulee for each twist. I then let my hair dry overnight and unraveled and separated each twist for volume. I was so pleased with the results that I decided to wear the style for my maternity photoshoot with DFinney Photography! Here's a sneak peek 🙂 PLUS a week later, my twist out style is still holding up great! This product truly has an amazing hold while still managing to keep your hair moisturized and soft. Yep...still a fan over here 🙂  Disclosure of Material Connection: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Hi! Nice update. I’m a fan of Beija Flor Naturals Creme Brulee because of you :-). Back in 2011 when you first blogged about it, you had a contest to win the product, and I was a winner. I love the scent of this product. My thick hair loves the creaminess of it, and its stays so nicely moisturized. Its one of my product favs for sure. Thanks!
Oh wow…that’s too cool! 🙂 Glad to hear it worked well for you too!
Hi!
Thank you for this update, I just purchased the brulee after having a sample in my January Onyx box. I love this smell and the texture. I am still trying to figure out the best style for my inconsistent coil pattern but hopefully with this it will make it easier.
